How much does genome sequencing cost?
It depends on several factors, but we endeavor to work within your budget. We offer affordable single-sample pricing and can provide larger per-sample discounts on high volume projects. Expedited turnaround pricing is also available if your project needs to be prioritized and data delivered in a couple days. Please contact us to discuss a price that works for you.
How long does genome sequencing take?
It depends on a couple factors, but our average turnaround time is 10-20 business days. This fluctuates depending on how many samples you are submitting and if you need to multiplex with other projects. If a faster turnaround time is required we can often expedite a project.
How much sample or DNA do you need?
Download our sample submission guidelines from the knowledge base section. It includes shipping guidelines as well.
Can you accept (a specific sample type)?
We can extract DNA from a wide variety of sample types. Check out our sample submission guidelines to see what common sample types we can process and the required cell counts or DNA concentrations needed for sequencing. When you submit your information for a quote please list your sample type and we will discuss if there are any issues.
